Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my amazing fianc JP and extremely happy Dad Henry. People know me best through my Instagram account @annephung. In this blog, I will share my tale of highs, lows, and everything in between. My parents brought my family to America in the year 1990, at which point I was just a year old. I wouldn't be sharing my story with you today had my parents not worked for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me to become successful. My mind knew what the plan was for life. Go to college and get a degree. Be married. Purchase a home. Have kids. The life I had planned for me was not what it turned out. My corporate job in 2013 was one I had a fear of. Status and money did not bring me joy. I thought I was living a solitary time to make a living. It was in 2013 that I discovered my love was exercising. I also loved having fun and being able to assist other people. In the process of pursuing the new direction of my life, I discovered private training. In this year, I am celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I launched my own company. Being a Asian female in this industry there are very many of us. In order to be an innovator in my field and provide quality coaching to help others live an improved and happier life by establishing a life that is tailored to their specific needs and help them achieve their objectives. Additionally, I'm committed to empowering others so they can reach the goals they set, pursue their interests and lead the life you've always wanted to live. My career was beginning to flourish, I experienced the most devastating loss of my life - my mom's loss of life. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. She will always be on my mind and in my heart. brain. Although you may not be able to see it at first, life is a way of providing us with what we truly need. My loss has impacted my life in a variety of ways. It is my belief that her passing gave me the chance to start an entirely new chapter. Her passing in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create an entirely new chapter. To me, it was my second chance to live a fulfilling life. As I enter my 30's, I feel more alive than ever. It is true that I am living my life now, rather than just existing just like I did before. When I tell the story of my experiences, it's in the hope that others can relate to my experiences and thoughts. To know that they're not the only ones. And that there is real love. Therapy is necessary and not abnormal. Finally that wellness is your greatest wealth. Only one life is yours. I hope you enjoy it to the max.
