Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham (a chef) in The Shoes of Seinfeld, the season 4 episode. Barone was looking for Elaine Benes' shoes. In the 1990s, she was a regular member in the show Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone played the ex-wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller on the show's first Friends appearance. She left the show as she wanted to pursue a more full-time role she was substituted with Jane Sibbett. Barone was a part of The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the initial season (1995-1996) and in The War at Home between 2005 through 2007. Barone was also co-starring in Daddio. Barone earned her the Best Supporting Actress Award from Methodfest 2005 for the role she was on One Last Ride. The following year, three years after The War at Home ended it's running time, Barone began her recurring role on Shake It Up, a Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. The actor who plays Barone's husband Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones who was the husband of Barone's character.
